Healthcare Training Systems, LLC's executive core group is comprised of individuals with advanced degrees in computer science, information technology, law, nursing, education, and business administration. Professional experience includes executive and management positions with the Gartner Group, EG&G, other Fortune 500 companies, Government Regulatory Agencies, Sterilization University, and the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, which is the largest healthcare system in the state of New Jersey and that state's second largest employer.

ANIMATORS
Animation is a useful way of conveying information, which is particularly suited to our current technology.
ART DIRECTORS
Control the look of the program.
AUDIO DESIGNERS/ENGINEERS
Develop, record and manipulate the sound elements.
GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Design images, screens, menus, titles, and text layouts.
INTERACTIVE DESIGNERS
Are specialists in the design and interactive material. They may be responsible for overall scripting and for the look and feel of the program.
MUSICIANS AND SONG WRITERS
Create theme music, arrangements and lyrics and to complement individual and specialized programs when desired.
PROGRAMMERS
Construct interactivity and software effects.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Manage the day-to-day operation of the project and ensure that deadlines are met.
SCRIPT WRITERS
Responsible for creating the text used in both audio and textual presentation.
SOFTWARE DESIGNERS
Design the framework for the entire program.
SOUND TECHNICIANS
Incorporate and integrate sounds from both narration and music
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS
Provide information relevant to the needs of the healthcare industry and also provide professional consultation to our clients.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS
Supplement staff knowledge in providing advice and guidance in the technical aspects of product development.
