The Healthcare Training Systems' interactive multimedia training module on the Identification, Inspection, Proper Care and Handling and Tray Assembly of General Surgical Instruments is a self-paced, self-testing program which contains up to 50 hours of training and approved by the Certification Board for Sterilization Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) for 20 contact hours. A digital image library of 1300 general surgical instruments can be expanded to include thousands of additional instruments.
