Healthcare Training Systems, LLC provides services unique to the Central Sterile Processing Department. Along with our TrayMaker Surgical Instrument and Sterile Processing Management System, we offer the following services:
- Video production of OR procedures; specialized instrument assembly and cleaning; CS/SPD facility unique procedures; and the development of video clips specific to surgical tray content and/or processing.
- Through our Image Libraries we can provide actual digital images and descriptive data on thousands of general and specialty instruments with the ability to easily download facility specific instruments. Our libraries also contain digital images of damaged instruments (corrosion, pitting, rusting, broken box locks, missing carbide tips, etc., with proper care and handling instructions on damage prevention practices). The libraries also include narrated glossaries of terms frequently used in CS/SPD and the OR.
- Manufacturer's instructions are simplified and appear with the count sheet on a split screen monitor. This service increases staff productivity since the information is right on the screen with a specific tray or devise. No need to sort through hundreds of instructions for the current one needed.
- Data entry provided to CS/SPD systems by highly technically qualified personnel.
- Productivity solutions provided through consultation agreements with heavily experienced certified sterile processing clinical professionals.
